  3. Buy Quality Sensors, Cables, and Data Acquisition equipment
  4. Sample at least 2x highest frequency of interest for frequency representation
  5. Sample at least 10x for accurate representation for waveform representation
  6. Use Differential Inputs
  7. Use shielded twisted pair cable
  8. Connect Shield at 1 end
  9. Check for Ground Loops
  10. Set Measurement limits close to your Minimum and Maximum Amplitude
